Yoga Eating Disorder Recovery

Eat Breathe Thrive Yoga for Eating Disorder Recovery combines yoga, psychoeducation, and peer support to help clients eat mindfully, build resilience, and feel better in their bodies.


Clients learn practical tools from neuroscience, psychology, and movement

science to help them build skills for mindful eating, emotional resilience, and body

acceptance.


Each session of the course includes a short yoga and meditation practice, designed

specifically to support recovery.

$50 per week (2 hours) or $200 for the entire four week course. 


You don't have to attend all for weeks, each week is registered individually but it is recommended that you attend all four weeks for best results. 


A yoga mat would be great if you have one. If you don't we can certainly make do without it. A comfortable pillow can be nice to have nearby as well. No other props are needed.
