Our weight-inclusive dietitians offer a safe, compassionate and respectful space for clients to heal their relationship with food. Our dietitians see that every client has their own story, and the care offered will honour their unique experience. Through our work together, we help our clients tune in to their inner wisdom, challenge food rules, disconnect from diet culture and discover what health means to them. We support our clients in learning to nourish and trust their bodies in a way that is gentle, kind and aligned with the life they want to live.
Compassionate, insightful and relatable, Angela Wong is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She partners with clients to rebuild a functional and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. After earning her degree from the University of Alberta, Angela gained experience in various settings and discovered her passion for helping those who are tired of battling diet culture, selective eating, yo-yo dieting and weight cycling--- and who are ready to break free.
With a non-dieting, Health-at-Every-Size (HAES) and solution-focused approach, Angela guides clients, as well as their families, in reconnecting with their bodies’ inherent wisdom. She believes there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, and no single number on the scale or particular body shape can define health and self-worth. Angela provides guidance to fulfil nutritional needs in a flexible manner while fostering a balanced relationship with food that cultivates ease and confidence.

Angela supports clients of all ages and is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). She sees clients virtually from any part of Alberta.

She is adamantly against diet culture - bodies are meant to come in all shapes and sizes! - and is passionate about helping clients develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.
Since how and what we eat is personal and influenced by many factors, Rachelle does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. She strives to create an environment that is non-judgemental, open-minded, and compassionate where clients feel safe and supported. She empowers clients to take an active role in their recovery and respects the need to go at their own pace, while providing guidance and support along the way.
Rachelle works with people of all ages with an eating disorder or disordered eating, and their families. She works in person in Calgary or virtually.
