Our counselling services are integrative and collaborative. We do not subscribe to one singular way to help our clients.
Our counsellors draw upon a variety of approaches that are effective in eating disorder recovery and work collaboratively with each client to develop a personal recovery program that aligns with their values, perspectives, and strengths.
We believe that our clients are the experts of their own experiences and possess immense wisdom and capability. We aim to guide, support, and empower our clients to reach their recovery goals.
Please call 780-977-7062 or email admin@albertawellnessed.com for more information.
Our weight-inclusive dietitians offer a safe, compassionate and respectful space for clients to heal their relationship with food. Our dietitians see that every client has their own story, and the care offered will honour their unique experience. Through our work together, we help our clients tune in to their inner wisdom, challenge food rules, disconnect from diet culture and discover what health means to them. We support our clients in learning to nourish and trust their bodies in a way that is gentle, kind and aligned with the life they want to live.
